The agency that makes communities actually useful to brands
Founded in 2021, Netcord brings together people from community, engineering and marketing around one conviction: a community gathered in a space the brand owns is worth more than an audience rented from an ad platform.
From one server to more than one hundred and eighty brands
Netcord started from something we saw on the ground: brands wanting to reach a young audience kept running into platforms that rented them access to their own public. We began building Discord servers for creators, then for brands, then for sports clubs and institutions. The method has not changed; the scale has.
Today we run communities gathering several million members daily, and we are extending that expertise to Reddit on the same logic: a community the brand owns.

Three non-negotiable principles
Your communities belong to you, including if we part ways
Servers, accounts and data stay in your name. We operate with admin roles you can revoke at any time, and full reversibility is written into the contract from the start.
Every programme is measured monthly
Active members, 30-day retention, message volume, attributed conversions. We would rather report a disappointing number and fix course than present a flattering deck that says nothing.
We say so when a community is not the right answer
Not every brand needs a Discord server, and some audiences simply are not there. Saying so on the first call costs us projects, and spares us programmes that go quiet after two months.
