Licence

This licence governs the use of solutions delivered by Netcord (Discord bots, scripts, configurations, interfaces, custom modules). It protects Netcord's intellectual property while setting out what clients may and may not do.

1. Ownership

All deliverables are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Netcord unless the contract states otherwise. No transfer of rights is implied.

2. Licence granted

The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables within its own Discord server or organisation, for internal personal or professional purposes.

• Use is authorised only within the scope defined at the time of order.
• Resale, redistribution, modification or public hosting are not permitted without written agreement.
• Netcord reserves the right to revoke the licence in the event of breach.

3. Restrictions

• Duplicating, cloning, reselling or reusing the scripts or tools for other clients or third-party servers is prohibited.
• Source code is not provided unless explicitly stated in the quote.
• Removing Netcord attributions embedded in the services is prohibited unless customisation has been agreed.

4. Term

The licence is granted for the duration of use of the delivered service, subject to termination or breach. On termination or non-payment, use of the deliverable is immediately prohibited.

5. Support and updates

Technical support and any updates are provided only within the limits of the agreed contract. Any change or maintenance outside scope will be quoted separately.

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to this licence, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction. The licence is governed by French law.
