Terms of use and sale

These Terms of Use and Sale govern the use of netcord.agency and the services provided by Netcord SAS, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 979 620 168, with registered offices at 10 rue de Penthievre, 75008 Paris · New York.

1. Purpose

Netcord provides services for building, managing and customising Discord servers for communities (gaming, corporate, events and similar).

2. Access to the site

Access to the site is free of charge. Some services are chargeable. Users undertake to provide accurate information when registering or ordering.

3. Orders and delivery

• Services are delivered once the quote is approved and payment received.
• A written specification may be required for bespoke requests.
• Delivery timelines are indicative unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are stated exclusive of tax.
• Payment is made by card, bank transfer or any other agreed method.
• Orders become firm once payment is confirmed.

5. Withdrawal and cancellation

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the fourteen-day period.

6. Intellectual property

All deliverables (bots, scripts, visual assets) remain the property of Netcord until payment is received in full. A licence to use is granted to the client on the terms set out in the quote or contract.

7. Liability

Netcord cannot be held liable for service interruptions, bugs or damages arising from the use of its services on Discord or through third-party platforms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of Lyon shall have sole jurisdiction.
