Community management for Discord

We run your communities day to day, from content planning to active moderation, to hold engagement high across the whole year.

The problem

Building a server takes three weeks. Keeping it alive takes all year

Most branded communities go quiet within two months of launch. Not for lack of audience, but for lack of rhythm: few in-house teams have the time to post every day, run an event on a Saturday night and moderate threads late into the evening.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to revive a dormant community?

Count a full quarter: the first month to reactivate members still there, the second to reinstall a rhythm, the third to recruit new ones. Reviving costs noticeably more than launching, which is why community management rarely benefits from being the line item you cut.

Do you moderate outside business hours?

Yes, because a community lives in the evenings and at weekends too. Coverage is set against your real activity peaks, and on many international servers we run 24/7 moderation.

Do we keep control of our server?

The server is entirely yours at all times. We operate with admin roles you remain free to revoke.

What is the minimum commitment?

Three months minimum. Below that it becomes hard to measure anything reliable or to build lasting habits among members.
